About My Property

Our my property section allows you to search for any property in Central Hawke's Bay, you will then view digitally available information about that property, some of the information that you will get are:

• Property Information (Legal Description, Certificate of Title, area, aerial photo)
• Rates Information (valuation number, current valuation, land value, capital value, improvements, current rates breakdown, history of rates)
• Planning Information (District Plan maps)
• Building and Resource consent information (current status, code of compliance)
• Rubbish and Recycling Collection Days
• Neighbourhood (Election Wards)

Help Using the Database

This database allows you to search by the properties address or valuation number, once you have entered a search you will be returned a list of properties that match your search.

Once you find the property that you are after please select it from the list, you will then be taken to a page that has all the information about that property.

You can also access some of your property information using GIS
