The King of Reggae, the Rastafarian Prophet Robert Nesta Marley - Bob Marley turns 80 on 6th February 2024.
Hawke’s Bay favourite reggae band The Rude Boyz will be playing a tribute concert to Uncle Bob.
From his early days as a wailing ride boy with The Wailers to his universal superstardom solo career as Bob Marley and the Wailers, The Rude Boyz will be performing everyone’s favourites as well as other songs not often heard amongst his massive catalogue of classics.
These concerts always draw an eclectic crowd of all ethnicities, ages and gender - a true testimony to the impact of Bob Marley’s messages of fighting oppression with messages of inclusion, love and redemption.
Come come come along and don’t don’t don’t miss out…
