'Plein Air Painters' | 6-30 September, 2024
Join us for the opening on Friday, 6th September, from 5-7pm, at Boyd-Dunlop Contemporary (upstairs).
A group exhibition featuring artists Freeman White, John Badcock, Douglas Badcock, Michele Jung, Roseanne Croucher, Wayne Vickers, Sam Balzer, Clark Roworth, Amit Dutta, Ben Dellabarca, Sandro Kopp, William Wood, Sarah Adam, and more.
This exhibition offers an immersive opportunity to engage with the unique scenery of Aotearoa through the lens of various artists that employ the technique of Plein Air painting - a practice involving the act of painting outdoors amidst the very landscapes they depict. Showcasing scenes of both local Hawke’s Bay and captivating views from all over New Zealand, this exhibition is a must-see for landscape enthusiasts.
