***Update at 3.30pm***
We are getting reports of surface flooding across a number of roads. Our crews are out continuing to check the local roads and we will update our website with roads that are closed or where caution is advised as soon as we can.
Most recently crews have been out to Burnside Road in the Takapau/Ashley Clinton, which has some flooding. The road is open but please use caution. Signage is place. Please continue to check our website: https://www.chbdc.govt.nz/services/roads-and-streets-land-transport/roads-streets-and-weather-event-information/
