Central Hawke’s Bay Industrial Yard Lease Opportunity

Central Hawke’s Bay District Council seeks Tenders for the Lease of 18,938 m² of vacant land zoned “General Rural Zone” and located on the fringe of Waipawa at 82 Ongaonga Road.

The Council is considering leasing the Property to a suitable tenant via an Open Market Tender.

This is a rare opportunity to secure a lease over a large vacant industrial yard in Central Hawke’s Bay, well-situated on the fringe of Waipawa and is 1km from State Highway 2. The Property has dual access off Ongaonga Road and adjoins the Waipawa River.

Open Days for Inspection

Inspection of the Property will be available by way of two “Open Days” on the Property.  All interested parties will be able to view the Property on the below dates and times:

•          Wednesday 28 August 2024 from 11am – 1pm

•          Wednesday 4 September 2024 from 11am - 1pm

Access onto the Property outside the open days is only by request and agreed through Nikki Whelpton, Property Manager Email: nikki.whelpton@chbdc.govt.nz

All interested Parties must complete the required Tender documents and return to Council by 4 pm on 16 September 2024.  Please refer to the information pack for the procedure to submit a Tender.
