Central Hawke’s Bay District Council seeks Tenders for the purchase of 2,584 m² of vacant land zoned “General Industrial” and located at 22 Coughlan Road in Waipukurau.

The Chief Executive has delegation from the Elected Council to dispose of the Property subject to achieving a target price.

This is the vacant industrial land that Council previously purchased for an intended new pound facility. 

For sale is a rare opportunity to secure industrial land in Central Hawke’s Bay, a well-situated corner site with extensive frontage and just off State Highway 2. The Property is of a slightly irregular but practical shape and a level contour. It is conveniently located within the industrial precinct on the western fringe of Waipukurau.
