Public Notices

Applicants of a new or renewed alcohol licence are required to notify the public of the application.

All applicants of new or renewed alcohol licences are required to notify the public by displaying an application notice on or near to the proposed premises, and by publishing a public notice in the local newspaper. Once applications for a new licence are notified, any person who is entitled to object must do so within 25 working days from the date of notification.
