All fees and charges are inclusive of GST (except as noted *).

Note: These set fees relate to the minimum administration charge only. The actual fee payable includes the cost of timetaken to process each application, memorandum, consent, certificate or schedule and the cost of the inspections required. Note: Extra charges will be applicable for development levies. These will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact Council for exact costs. |
