Creative Communities Scheme (CCS)

The Creative Communities Scheme aims to increase participation in the arts at a local level and increase the range and diversity of arts available to communities.

Central Hawke’s Bay District Council invites applications for local arts funding from the Creative Communities Scheme.

A fund of $14,904 is available for distribution to local groups, or individuals for the funding of local arts projects and activities.

The proposed project must meet one or more of the three funding criteria: 

  • Broad community involvement
  • Cultural diversity
  • Young people to actively participate in the arts.
