Temporary closure of road to ordinary vehicular traffic


UNDER the provisions of the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, Section 342 (b), notice is hereby given that at the Council meeting being held on Thursday 23 March 2018 a resolution will be made to temporarily close the entire length of Pattison Road, Waipukurau to ordinary vehicular traffic for the purpose of a motor sport event on Sunday 22 April 2018 from9.30am to 5pm

Any persons objecting to the above proposal is called upon to lodge notice of their objection by email at or in writing at the office of Central Hawkes Bay District Council, Ruataniwha Street, PO Box 127, Waipawa before 4pm Monday 13 March 2018.
