Online Debtor Payment
Use this form to pay a debtor's invoice with your credit card. Once you have entered your Debtor number, name, type of payment and the amount you wish to pay, click on the Submit button and you will be directed to a Bank of New Zealand Buyline+ secure payment site to complete the transaction. Use the secure payment page to enter your credit card details to complete payment.
A service fee of 2.49% per transaction (minimum fee $1.00) is applied by our bank, Bank of New Zealand. Central Hawke's Bay District Council does not receive any part of the fee.
