PIM (Project Information Memorandum)

A PIM is a document supplied by the Council containing information or requirements that could affect the construction of a proposed building. A PIM will contain information that is known to Council regarding land features that may affect the building design, for example, bentonitic clay, floodable areas or wind zone

A PIM can be applied for separately however any application for a building consent will automatically generate one. The PIM form is included in a standard CHBDC Building Consent application pack.
