CE Employment and Performance Committee

Purpose

To assist Council to discharge its responsibilities for:

  • Performance management of the Chief Executive
  • Management of employment responsibilities

Areas of Responsibility

The CE Employment and Performance Committee shall have responsibility for:

  • Discussion and preparation of CE employment strategies, plans and policies
  • Recommend appropriate strategies plans and policies to council for approval
  • Recommend appropriate Key Performance Indicators and professional standards for approval by Council
  • Ongoing management of the CE employment contract during the duration employment
  • Carrying out performance appraisal at least twice per year
